How we comply with regulations

Digital asset service provider (DASP) recognized by the AMF

Coinhouse was the first company registered as a PSAN with the AMF in March 2020 under number E2020-001.

Since December 2021, Coinhouse has also been registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with the CSSF under number @00000005.

Mandatory to offer crypto-asset services, these registrations require the implementation of an effective anti-money laundering system and the presence of competent and reputable leaders.

GDPR

At Coinhouse, regardless of the service provided, we retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

Since 2020, Coinhouse has held an account with the French bank Société Générale.

Insurance

Coinhouse benefits from Professional Civil Liability insurance for its Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAN) activities with MMA IARD Assurances Mutuelles under contract N° 147 019 715. This insurance covers the requirements set out in Article 721-5 of the RGAMF.
